About Me
I'm a research scientist in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington. I work with
Amy Willis on developing statistical methods for applications in
microbiome science. I received my PhD in Statistics from the University of Washington in 2025, also advised by Amy Willis.
I am excited about developing statistical software to assist researchers in analyzing their microbial ecology and genomics data.
I enjoy teaching statistics, both to college students and to researchers in other fields.

I have also done work with Tyler McCormick
on methods to model wage heterogeneity.

I received my undergraduate degree in Statistics from Amherst College in 2018.
